to the practice. A letter box is
available at the practice to the
left of the main entrance.

run out.?
If you run out of tablets when
the surgery is closed - Any
chemist can give an emergency
supply to tide a patient over
until the surgery is open. A
private charge is charged by the
pharmacy for this purpose. The
Patient needs proof of which
medication is needed. This could
be either the old packet or the
repeat medication page from the
original prescription. |
